However, if due to some unforeseen situation you require the return of the product then the following terms apply for a mutually consented return.

If you want to return a product you have to mail at our official mail id ( support@mayurpankh.com ) or call our customer care no. +91 6291439079 within a 7 days period. After 7 days customer are not eligible for any type of refund / return/ exchange.

In case if you received a wrong or defective product from our side than we can only refund you.

To eligible for refund amount customer must be have following proofs:

in case you have received a wrong, damaged, or partial product, please ensure you have the following images as proof within 24 hours and have to send on our customer care Whatsapp number +91 6291439079 of receiving the shipment:

1. Unboxing video: a video of the entire unboxing process, showing the package as it’s opened and revealing the product. This will serve as additional evidence of the product’s condition upon arrival.

2. Inner contact (received product image): images of the product you received, highlighting any visible damage or issues. Please capture the product from multiple angles to provide a comprehensive view.

3. Post shipped image: a clear picture of the parcel in its current condition, showing any external damage or discrepancies.

4. Label image: a picture of the shipping label on the package, which should clearly display all relevant information such as tracking numbers and shipping details.

Please ensure that these images and video are clear and well-documented to help expedite the return process. Keeping this evidence concise and well-organized will help facilitate the return process efficiently.

1. From the day you received the package we shall validate your return/exchange request, only after we authorized it.
   
   
   
2. We are not offering any type of refund. We can only exchange the product and allow store credit of same amount to you.
   
   
   
3. You have to agree to our return policy before you purchases any product from our store.

   Q. What is store credit
   
   Ans. We will give you a coupon code of same amount as your product on your registered mail id you can use it to purchase any product from our website when your want. Coupon code has no expire limit you can use it when ever you want.
   
   Q. What is exchange
   
   Ans. We can exchange product with same amount or deference amount product (deference amount will be payable by the customer if customer choose less amount product we can settle remaining amount from our side as well)

Note– we are not offering any type of reverse pickup service from our side in both case you have to courier parcel at our address. The said address will be intimated in email communication.

* the product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.

* sarees with fall and edging would not be accepted for return or exchange.

* customized products cannot be returned or exchanged

* products bought during sale are non-refundable

* we will offer only 1 time replacement / return

* order cancellation *
  Cancellation of your order is only possible if the order is not dispatched from our warehouse. For cancellation of pre-paid orders, we will deduct cancellation charge as per product amount.

If the customer is eligible for a replacement, we can provide a one-time replacement only. After the one-time replacement is processed, the return and replacement policy for that order will automatically close in our system. No further replacements or actions can be accommodated beyond this point.

Once we received your product at our warehouse your product will be sent for ( qc ) quality cheek after verifying your parcel from our side we will process your request.
